Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. While the room had a nice view of the pool and was comfortable and peaceful, it was evident that a major renovation was needed. It didn't quite match the advertised standards and felt more like a motel room. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my disabled daughter and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was a bit lackluster for sightseeing but had easy access to amenities like a mall and was convenient for our visits to Long Beach, Seal Beach, and LA. On the downside, the dining experience left much to be desired with a lack of value for money and finding a hair in the food. Despite the dining setback, I found the hotel facilities to be satisfactory overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, there were some cleanliness issues from previous use that could be improved. The location was convenient to major roads and attractions, though not ideal for exploring on foot. The dining experience was excellent, offering a great value for money breakfast. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
I had a great time staying at this hotel in Carson. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice view of the pool and the city from the 5th floor. The service was fantastic, and I always feel welcomed when I stay here. The location is nice for football games and shopping, though not much for sightseeing. The dining experience was a bit disappointing due to finding a hair in the food, but overall, I felt like I got good value for my money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was a bit dated and could use a refresh of the furniture, it was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The service was exemplary, with good food and drink options provided, including cookies on reception which was a lovely touch. The location was not the best, being in a blue-collar neighborhood with some unsettling individuals around, but it was close to essential amenities like an RV rental and the airport. The dining experience had a very good selection, but at an extra cost, which was disappointing. Overall, I found the facilities to be adequate but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The rooms were large and had wonderful amenities, but the freeway-side location made for relentless traffic noise day and night. The cleanliness and Hilton-standard amenities were on point.
As a Hilton Honors guest, my stay at the DoubleTree in Carson was a mixed experience. The rooms, although large enough, were not ready at check-in, but they did offer a nice view of the pool. The service was exceptional, with extremely polite and helpful staff ensuring a fantastic stay. The location, while convenient for RV rental and airport access, could be cleaner and safer. The dining options were good overall, but a hair in the food was a major letdown.
